My husband and I did not plan on using a wedding planner, but when we met with Louis from AMG to discuss videography, his expertise quickly changed our minds. There were so many little things that I hadn't even thought of that Louis was able to bring to my attention. He was also able to suggest ideas to help make my wedding unique and just how I imagined it! WHile I had a vision of my dream wedding, I was having a hard time executing these ideas. Louis made my dream wedding come true! Louis and his staff were so professional and accommodating throughout the whole process! The woman who worked with me on the actual day of my wedding, Lisa, was so amazing! It was the first time I had met her but it seemed like I had known her for years. SHe was so sweet and helpful. As far as I am aware there were no problems during my wedding, but if there were I have no idea, and Louis and his team made sure the whole day ran smooth from start to finish. I really have no words to explain how much Louis helped my husband and I plan our day…I seriously would have had about 10 nervous breakdowns if it weren't for him…he was our saving grace…we had a very different cocktail style reception that was a pretty new feel to most of our guests & it turned out impeccable…people have not stopped raving about our wedding!! Louis was there for us for so much! He came to our cake tasting with us, met us at our hall numerous times to discuss menu, seating plans and linens….our reception was truly remarkable thanks to Louis- we really couldn't have done it without him & we are do grateful to have had him…he really knows his stuff- it's amazing- & to top it off, he's hilarious & so much fun to work with!!! :)

I don't even know where to begin in thanking Louis and his team for my amazing wedding. He was a pleasure to work with from his charismatic personality to all of his great suggestions. His vision and ability to create an atmosphere is incredibly impressive. He can look at a space and literally transform it into something magical. I had my wedding in our new home that was completely empty. I didn't realize how much more difficulty and expensive it would be and it wasn't until I sent out the invitation that I started to panic.. That's when I met Louis and he saved me. He not only took over all the stress but saved me a great deal of money using vendors that he knew and trusted. He was on top of everything! Even Little things I would have never thought of.. Things that my guests are still raving about one month later. I really can whole heartily say that my wedding would not have been a fraction of what it had turned into without him. Louis was truly amazing!! I'm looking forward to working with him again for future parties.

We hired Louis and his team to be the event planner/coordinator for our wedding after he came highly recommended and did such a great job with my cousin's wedding the year before. We cannot recommend Louis highly enough. He was there every step of the way and took so much stress off our back. We really do not know how we would have managed without him and his team. For instance, we did not like our tasting at our venue and Louis managed to get them to do another tasting specially for us, which ended up being wonderful. Also, by the time we got our monogram together for the cocktail napkins we couldn't find a place that would have it ready in time, but Louis did and took care of it. And, last minute the hotel we were having our after party at informed us that they do not have a speaker system and Louis lent us his own speaker system so we wouldn't have to worry. All the vendors he recommended that we ended up using were great, especially the cake and invitations. We actually already booked our photographer/videographer before we hired Louis and in hindsight wished we would have waited because that's the only vendor we ended up encountering a problem with after the fact. So if you are looking for an event planner, definitely go with Louis and his team - they all went above and beyond and everything flowed so smoothly and turned out to really be the most magical and best day of our lives and we owe it all to them.

Louis Avanti in two words "Incredible" "Professional". As a wedding planner I cannot say enough. He makes "magic" happen. Anything and everything that you want happens because Louis makes sure it does. I could not have done my wedding without him. He made it absolutely unforgettable. He is always available, extremely involved, always tasteful, always giving you the best advice, and completely "in the know" about all your wedding dreams. Our wedding transitioning was remarkable and he made it so that day we were able to focus on having a good time instead of every detail of the wedding being perfect like the flowers, decorations, band, food, and guests. Louis is a priceless gem. We love you LOUIS!!!!!! I highly recommend Louis. His attention to specific details, determination, care, and passion for his work is rare to find these days and absolutely amazing.

AMG Events & Visual did a fantastic job both during and prior to my wedding day. The team was very accommodating in hearing what we envisioned and helped guide us to bring that vision to reality. Everything was very well thought out and planned to the "t", which made us feel confident that they would get the job done and done perfectly, which was a huge relief knowing we didn't have to worry about anything the day of except for taking those steps to saying "I do". Really great team that made you feel comfortable during the day of, and extremely happy with how our special day went along with our same day edit video and overall documentation of our memories from our wedding day.
